Rules of Engagement

Any attempt to generate, simulate, or discuss the following will result in an immediate, permanent ban:

• Child Exploitation:Any content involving the sexualization, abuse, or exploitation of minors.
• Non-Consensual Imagery (Deepfakes):Generating explicit or intimate content depicting real, unconsenting individuals.
• Real-World Harm & Hate Speech:Promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or targeted hatred against specific groups or individuals.
• Fraud & Illegal Acts:Using companions to draft scams, phishing attempts, malicious code, or to plan real-world crimes.

To protect the Nexus servers and the experience of all users, the following actions are prohibited:

• Jailbreaking & Exploits:Attempting to bypass the AI's safety filters, using malicious prompt injections, or forcing the companion outside of its programmed boundaries.
• Spam & Botting:Using automated scripts or flooding the system with excessive messages that degrade server performance.
• Account Sharing & Evasion:Creating secondary accounts to evade an active mute, suspension, or ban.

• Protect Your Info:While your chats are private, do not share sensitive real-world data with your companions (e.g., Social Insurance Numbers, banking details, passwords, or the private addresses of yourself or others).

• Nexus employs active moderation tools to ensure these rules are followed.
• Admins reserve the right to mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.
• In the event of a permanent ban, account data and IP addresses are retained for 30 days to prevent ban evasion and ensure platform security.
